MTG Reporter - A Goblin's Guide to Fatally Burning Your Opponents in Modern [Edward Eng - Battlemage, Level 42]

No changes to the ban and restricted lists, so here we go. Last weekend I got a rare chance to play some Modern Magic in Dallas/Fort Worth. I played 4C Burn. I don't think Wild Nacatl is good right now because there are too many Fatal Pushes running around which makes Atarka's Command less good as well. But you still need green for Destructive Revelry in the sideboard.

In the past, I also didn't really like playing Path to Exile but seemed necessary to get ride of creatures like Kor Firewalker, Tarmogoyf, Kitchen Finks, Burrenton Forge-Tender, and Wurmcoil Engine. I just didn't like ramping my opponent, so I thought that Fatal Push might be a better option.

Here's the list I played...

4 Eidolon of the Great Revel

There are a lot of intricacies to playing with and against Burn. And I'd be happy to discuss them with you. Hit me up in the comments or on social media and I'll get back to you.

Peace, love, and have fun…
