Standard Fare - Crashing the Shores with Mono Blue Devotion [Edward Eng]

Do Thassa and company have what it takes to stage a comeback in Standard? Some say yes. Some say no. But just like cards such as Soulfire Grand Master, there's always gonna be some naysayers out there.

But why say nay when you can say yay?

We're obviously missing key two-drops like Frostburn Weird and Tidebinder Mage. And the only thing I could find is Mindreaver which is just a vanilla 2/1 for UU unless you build around the Heroic mechanic. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to promising. But hey, why say nay? Say yay, right?

This certainly doesn't seem nearly as powerful as the original Mono Blue Devotion decks from not too long ago. But we're also facing down a different Standard environment now.
